they call saying i won 1,000 dollar shopping spree

I get this call non stop and I will not answer if they keep this up ever !!!!

SAYS I OWE $650 AND IT MUST BE PAID TODAY BY 12 NOON OR I WILL BE ARRESTED OR FINED $4000.THEY ALL HAVE HEAVY INDIAN ACCENTS.I TOLD THEM TO SEND ME A BILL AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A CONFORMATION AFTER I MADE THE PAYMENT.I TOLD THEM I WORK IN A PRISON (WHICH I do)and Im in jail 8 hours a day so bring it on...they are animals..

This person Id himself as Shawb Watkins/watson for a Law office.I dont owe anyone any money. but they got my cell number and my work number and call me repeatedly. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Comm. I hope this will make stop.

They call at random times and never leave a message. Don't know who is calling and wish they would STOP.

when I answered the call , there was no one at the other end. Just hung up

I was not able to answer the phone at the time of the call. I have read reports that this number is used for a variety of telemarketing calls. No message was left.
